How does free shipping work?

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders. Depending on your delivery zip code and the contents of your order, we ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Where is my order coming from?

All orders are shipped from New Jersey, United States.

When will you ship my order?

We strive to ship in-stock orders within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipping may take longer.

Typically, in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET from Monday to Friday are shipped the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in our processing time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

U.S. orders, including Hawaii and Alaska, are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Expedited shipping with DHL Express is available for an additional fee.

International orders shipped using DHL eCommerce or Passport typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. For international orders shipped with DHL Express, delivery times are 3 to 5 business days.

Are there duty & custom fees associated when ordering from outside the United States?

Most countries’ pricing includes all duties, taxes, and fees. However, some countries may require additional fees upon parcel arrival, in which case a red warning message will be displayed at checkout.

By purchasing from us, you agree to pay any required additional duty, taxes, and fees that may be charged in your country. Failure to do so may result in parcel forfeiture, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Click on “View my Order” to access your tracking information.

What happens if my package gets stuck in transit?

We will offer a replacement or refund if there is no movement after 14 business days.

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. Can you please reship?

If the postal carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot issue a replacement or refund due to theft at your residence. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. 

I paid for expedited shipping but my order is delayed, can I get a refund?

If we used the correct expedited service, we cannot issue refunds for carrier delays.

Are estimated shipping and transit times guaranteed?

No, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you ship to all countries? 

Almost. If we ship to your country, it will be available for selection when entering your shipping address during checkout.
